We are seeking to enhance our organizational structure and are currently recruiting full-time employees to join our team.

Welcome to beginners
Required knowledge can be acquired after joining the company.
We provide education and guidance through on-the-job training(OJT) for approximately three years until you become proficient in all aspects.
You can also participate in training offered by major engine manufacturers to acquire more in-depth knowledge.
The majority of our current employees joined with little to no prior experience.

人数	1名
仕事内容	舶用大型ディーゼル機関部品の整備部品の分解、清掃、点検、計測、調整、研磨、組立、テスト
応募資格	経験、学歴不問、35歳以下　　要自動車免許
雇用形態	正社員　3ヶ月の試用期間
勤務地	〒722-0212広島県尾道市美ノ郷町本郷1-155
勤務時間	8：30-17：20（休み12：00-12：50、17：20-17：30）
給与	経験、年齢を考慮して決定当社規定による食事手当、通勤手当、家族手当あり
賞与・昇給	賞与：年2回、昇給：年1回
休日・休暇	土曜・日曜・祝日　夏季休暇、年末年始、GW休暇（当社規定による）年間休日120日以上

03Process After Joining

Process After Joining

Grasp the entire maintenance process through on-the-job training(OJT).
Learn the maintenance procedures step by step, one process at a time.
Understand the structure and function of parts, as well as their roles within the entire engine.
Participate in training provided by the main engine manufacturers.
Develop practical skills through on-site contracted projects and other experiences.
Acquire criteria for judgment and troubleshooting skills.
